Beta Theta Pi News
The Beta story is comprised of the achievements and accomplishments of its chapters and members over nearly two centuries. The Fraternity captures these updates through a quarterly magazine, monthly e-newsletters, an ever-increasing number of Beta books and a running digital archive – all of which create a historical record that spans generations.
The Beta Theta Pi Magazine
First published in 1872 as an eight-page monthly, The Beta Theta Pi magazine is the oldest continuously published magazine in the Greek world. Today, the staff builds upon its award-winning print legacy to publish news and updates digitally.
The most recent issue features an in-depth interview Fox News International Correspondent Trey Yingst, American ’16, about his time reporting in Ukraine; a tribute to late Administrative Secretary Bob Cottrell, Miami ’54, and more.
The Beta Brief is an operational newsletter published monthly for chapter officers, advisors, house corporation volunteers and General Fraternity officers.
Digital Magazine Archive
Dating back to the first issue of The Beta Theta Pi in 1872, more than 80,000 pages of Beta lore have been meticulously hand-scanned and organized in a searchable digital magazine archive.
