Hugh E. Stephenson Jr. Leadership Summit
The award-winning Hugh E. Stephenson Jr. Leadership Summit provides an opportunity for General Fraternity Officers to meet annually and partake in high-quality training and conversations that shape the future of Beta Theta Pi. Thanks to the generosity of James J. Ellis, Missouri ’55, and his wife, Van, the Beta Theta Pi Foundation is able to provide this educational opportunity to attendees free of charge.
Leadership Summit Highlights
Each year, the Leadership Summit curriculum emphasizes facilitation techniques, methods of recruiting and assisting volunteers, and strategies for working effectively with undergraduates. Participants will also be given training and practice in utilizing Fraternity resources.
In 2025, Keystone Conference will take place as part of the inaugural Winter Leadership Conclave.
Alongside the Miller Nichols Chapter Presidents Leadership Academy and Keystone Leadership Conference, General Fraternity Officers will have the opportunity to network with and plan alongside the chapter officers in their respective regions or districts.
“Promotion of the moral and social culture of (Beta’s) members…”
