About Our Speakers:
Dr. Lewison has ridden 2625 different roller coasters at 1000+ different amusement parks, fairs, and family entertainment centers (FECs) in 45 different countries. He is an associate professor of business management at Farmingdale State College, where he teaches a course on the theme parks industry, as well as courses in management, marketing, hospitality, and business history. He is the Program Chair of the Themed Experience and Attractions Academic Symposium, a theme park scholarship summit held annually at the IAAPA Expo, the attractions industry’s global conference and trade show.
