Other Leadership Events

Connecting fraternity and sorority leaders from across North America
Betas have the opportunity to connect with fellow Greeks at a variety of events put on by partner organizations. At these events, fraternity and sorority leaders are challenged to rethink the role of the Greek community on their respective campuses, and come together to create solutions on how to continuously promote the Greek experience.

Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute

Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) is a four-day, three-night, immersive leadership experience where fraternity and sorority students come together to challenge conventional wisdom, discover new solutions to critical problems and accelerate progress in their communities. Participants will learn from each other in large and small groups with space for individual reflection and introspection.

Since its inception in 1990, over 30,000 students have benefited from UIFI’s ever-evolving curriculum, which has increased students’ commitment to ritual, ability to develop a vision and confidence to create change. The institute is interactive, fun, challenging and intentional. Participating in UIFI means you are willing to talk about how fraternity and sorority leaders live their rituals. It also means having the courage, character and commitment to do what is right and devise a plan to change the current direction of some fraternities and sororities.

AFLV Central and West

The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values (AFLV) exists to accelerate progress in fraternity/sorority communities through change-enabling experiences. Each year, more than 3,000 participants from 200 campuses come together for AFLV Central and AFLV West, each a four-day, three-night experience with programming for all levels of fraternity/sorority life.

AFLV partners with the National Black Greek Leadership Conference (NBGLC) during AFLV Central and National Cultural Greek Leadership Conference (NCGLC) during AFLV West to provide an even broader, more diverse experience for participants.

NGLA Annual Conference

Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization of dedicated individuals working to develop and educate students and Greek professionals, specifically in the Northeast. During the NGLA Annual Conference, participants can choose from 100+ hours of programming including Keynote AddressesLectorials on C.H.A.N.G.E.Lectorials on R.A.C.E., the Graduate Student EncounterThe Social Excellence Series and more.
