From July 29 to August 2, more than 600 members of the Beta Theta Pi brotherhood — including collegians, alumni, volunteers and guests — will gather in Oxford, Ohio for the 187th General Convention. Hosted at Miami University, this celebratory weekend will feature world-class education, dynamic speakers, and recognition of the Fraternity’s top chapters and members. Attendees will also enjoy signature events like the Convention golf tournament and opportunities for connection and camaraderie across generations of Betas.

- Send an email to convention@beta.org and indicate your interest in being an exhibitor or sponsor. Our event planning team will reply with a registration link for you.
- In our registration system you’ll select your sponsorship level, submit information about your organization and pay the exhibitor or sponsorship fee.
- After your payment is received and processed a member of our team will be in touch with any questions.
- If you are sending folks to participate on site, they will each receive a custom email inviting them to register for Convention.
- The deadline for booking an exhibit booth or sponsorship is July 10, 2026.
- The deadline for registering any on-site staff is July 17, 2026.
- Please email a vector logo for your company that Beta will use on marketing collateral. (File formats for a vector logo are AI, PDF, SVG or EPS. If those are unavailable, we’ll accept a JPG or PNG file and may reach out if needed.)
