Beta Theta Pi Fraternity

MyBeta System Updates

As part of the Fraternity’s effort to improve MyBeta, the site will be down for maintenance beginning June 18. Officers and advisors will regain access to the site on a rolling basis in late July once the transition is complete.

All members will not be able to access MyBeta services during the maintenance window, however access to Foundation giving, Billhighway and Lessonly will not be impacted.

What will be impacted by the system maintenance?

Beginning June 18, all members will not be able to access:

  • Personal profile, including updates to contact information.
  • Chapter and membership directory.
  • Chapter reporting, including but not limited to new member class reporting, chapter roster changes, officer/volunteer appointments, chapter/housing profiles and academic reporting.
  • General Fraternity Financial Statements — via MyBeta only, these will continue to be emailed to the appropriate officers.
  • ChapterSpot membership and email communication services for chapters and alumni associations.
  • SCOE and past staff visit reports.
When will I regain access to MyBeta?

All members and Friends of Beta will receive access to the new MyBeta site on a rolling basis, beginning with officers and volunteers, around the time of Beta’s 186th General Convention. The full roadmap to access reporting and services will be listed here once determined. Please check back later.

How do I make a change to my Convention registration?

Please email convention@beta.org or call the Administrative Office at 800.800.BETA (2382) to make a change to or cancel your Convention registration.

The maintenance overlaps with chapter reporting, what should I do?

Please continue to report through MyBeta until maintenance begins on June 18. At that time, alternatives to chapter reporting (including but not limited to new member reporting, officer/volunteer appointments and grade reporting) will be listed on this page.

I need to submit an Incident Report

Incident Reports can be submitted at beta.org/incident. This link will remain accessible through the entire maintenance window.

Can I still manage my communication preferences?

We’re sorry to see you go, but you can unsubscribe from email communication by clicking the link in the footer of the any Beta email communication. To resubscribe or change mailing or phone communication preferences, please reach out to the Administrative Office at beta@beta.org or 800.800.BETA (2382).

Please note, while we do our best to honor your communication preferences, collegians and all volunteers may be resubscribed to receive important General Fraternity updates, per the Membership Agreement.
