Keystone Conference

Fanning the flame of principled leadership

Keystone Regional Leadership Conferences

Keystone Regional Leadership Conferences are high quality, regional education experiences focusing on chapter officer development, principled leadership and volunteer training. Initially launched in two locations in 2006, Keystone’s regional model expanded to a total of six conferences offered annually by 2009. For its innovation in bringing together Beta’s top chapter leaders, Keystone received the Excellence in Educational Programming Award from the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors in December 2008.

Keystone Conference Highlights

Collegiate leaders in attendance receive General Fraternity updates, enhance their interpersonal communication, practice soliciting and receiving feedback, dive deep into the Fraternity’s Ritual and set goals together as executive teams for the year ahead.
The Keystone experience is often refined and redesigned for maximum impact thanks to continuous collaboration between members of the Administrative Office staff, current and former chapter officers, advisors, General Fraternity Officers, and educational experts. Beginning in 2025, Keystone Conference will take place as part of the Winter Leadership Conclave.
