Chapter Reporting
Chapters are regularly required to submit key academic term data to capture, benchmark and recognize chapter success. These metrics often include your chapter’s academic performance, recruitment and retention of new members, community service, and philanthropic fundraising. Chapter reporting is available through the Chapter Officer & Advisor launcher, under Forms. Reporting deadlines are published annually in Beta’s A Year in the Life of a Beta Theta Pi Chapter document.

End of Term Report
- Any executive officer appointed for your chapter can access the form directly through MyBeta by clicking Forms on the Chapter Officer and Advisor landing page.
- Under the Forms and Submissions tab, access the End of Term Report from the list to see the available academic terms.
- Click on the applicable button to view or edit a term’s report.
