MyBeta System Updates

The ALL-NEW MyBeta portal is live! As part of the Fraternity’s effort to improve MyBeta, the new site provides a refreshed interface with the ability to maintain your Beta resume and manage everything related to chapters, house corporations and alumni associations. Access is currently being rolled out to chapter officers and advisors, followed by remaining members beginning July 21. Officers and advisors can invite collegiate members through the chapter roster page if they wish to gain access sooner.

Foundation giving, Billhighway and Lessonly continue to not be impacted during this process. Access to these services are also available through the new portal, making MyBeta your one-stop-shop for all things Beta. Whether you’re an active volunteer, a recent grad or just wanting to reconnect, MyBeta is built with you in mind.

Key Dates During MyBeta Portal Transition

June 20: MyBeta portal closes to new profile changes and reporting access. Alternative methods to reporting are provided below. All members will continue to have access to Lessonly, Foundation donation page, Billhighway and Convention registration.

June 23-July 3: The Administrative Office will work with re:Members to clean and transfer membership data to the new Salesforce-based MyBeta platform.

July 21-24: All members will begin to receive emails to “claim your account” and set up an FSID. Rollout will begin with chapter officers and volunteers.

Alternative Processes

Not all features of MyBeta will be available at the new portal’s launch; some alternative processes are still required. Members are still encouraged to claim their account and navigate the new MyBeta platform to get familiar with it. Access to Foundation giving, Billhighway and Lessonly are not impacted during this transition.

To learn more about what is possible in the new MyBeta or get help accessing your account for the first time, see the MyBeta Knowledge Base or reach out to your chapter’s Fraternity Services staff member.
