Keystone Conference

Fanning the flame of principled leadership

Keystone Regional Leadership Conferences

Keystone Regional Leadership Conferences are high quality, regional education experiences focusing on chapter officer development, principled leadership and volunteer training. Initially launched in two locations in 2006, Keystone’s regional model expanded to a total of six conferences offered annually by 2009. For its innovation in bringing together Beta’s top chapter leaders, Keystone received the Excellence in Educational Programming Award from the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors in December 2008.

Keystone Conference Highlights

Following 18 months of collaboration between members of the Administrative Office staff, current and former chapter officers, advisors, General Fraternity Officers, and educational experts, Beta relaunched the Keystone Regional Leadership Conference in February 2022 with an experience completely redesigned for maximum impact.

Undergraduate leaders in attendance received General Fraternity updates, enhanced their interpersonal communication, practiced soliciting and receiving feedback, dove deep into the Fraternity’s ritual and set goals together as executive teams for the year ahead.
